Looks up the terminal's latest VCS purchase or reversal result.
The host runs a VCS receipt reprint for the last transaction like any other terminal request: it brings the terminal to the foreground, prints the reprinted receipt, and returns the backend's last purchase or reversal. The lookup can recover an approved or declined backend outcome even when the original callback was lost. Locally generated user errors and executions without a backend result cannot be recovered.
The VCS last result belongs to the terminal, not to a caller: a later terminal transaction, including one from another caller, replaces it. LastPaymentResultState.NOT_FOUND means the backend has no last result available. A VCS business error during the lookup is returned as a result with RequestOutcome.USER_ERROR, as for other requests; busy, not-ready, timeout, connection, or response errors are reported as technical terminal errors.
